A Supportive Space for Healing and Growth

At Zenwell Therapy, my approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can take place. Together, we will work to uncover the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop healthier ways of coping, relating, and moving forward. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore challenges, gain clarity, and begin creating meaningful change in your life.

Therapy sessions are a collaborative process. In our first meeting, we’ll discuss your history, your goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. From there, we’ll work together to uncover patterns, develop coping tools, and create healthier ways of navigating life’s challenges. My style is both supportive and practical, blending compassion with gentle challenges that help foster lasting growth.

What to Expect

  • Session length: 60 minutes

  • Format: In-person(Newport Beach, CA) and Telehealth.

  • Frequency: Weekly or bi-weekly, based on your needs and preferences

  • Fees: $185 per session

  • Insurances Accepted: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania - Virtual National Network, Quest Behavioral Health

Session Details

I specialize in helping adults who are navigating:

  • Depression and low mood

  • Anxiety and worry

  • Relational issues and communication struggles

  • Past or recent trauma

  • Life transitions such as career changes, loss, identity shifts, or major decisions

Please note: My practice is dedicated to individual adult therapy only. On an exception basis, I may work with children, couples, or families.
